Handbook for Minnesota Cities

The League of Minnesota Cities has published an excellent manual on topics ranging from expenditures, comprehensive plans, meetings and motions.  This is the same manual the City Council turns to.  You can download your favorite chapter or search topics online.  There are also information memos listed at the bottom of the page.
