How unfortunate to have city officials who believe that they can do just about anything desired by few, only to jump behind the guise of their attorney, abundantly using the Attorney/client privilege or the Data Practices Act. How shameful it would be to hold a position of authority or leadership, only to use that authority in a strong arm manner. Is this leadership we can believe in?
