S & P Case Shiller Home Price Indices

The December 2010 MPLS home price index stands at 117.09  It is down to May 2001 valuations. Ten years of appreciation wiped out at this point. The index peaked in Sept. 2006 at 171.12.  After some recovery in prices, the index has been falling again for the past 5 months.
