Is this group planning to seek public support in large numbers? Also are they seeking to change the methods of how our council (including city Administrator) limits the peoples voices when concerns arrise? Maybe a city wide petition needs to happen.
Actually why not go one step further and begin the process for a referendum? Takes a petition and a small group of people to begin the process.
